Fallen Treasure - Original Artwork
The only orginal left from a collection of three mixed media artworks created by Ali in September 2019. Acrylics were overlayed on newspaper and other print medium relevant to apples, for example recipes and food pages. An impressionistic technique to the still life subject matter was taken with shadows and drips framing the composition and making reference to the windfall nature of apples.
Created on hand-stretched high quality fine art archval paper and framed in a black metallic glass frame with a white mount. Signed in the bottom right corner and on the back.
Artwork is 420x297mm (A3) and the frame measures 600x430mm in size.
